Thanks for coming over.

A lot of things happened since I released the 2nd edittion 5 years back.

Here and now (May 2012) IŽm on the way to finish the 3rd edition.

A lot of people told me what a great work the 2nd edition is, but today I can say: The 3rd one will be the double amount of pages (around 1.100).

IŽm not sure in which way it will be released, maybe in 2 books (one for Europe, one for America / Asia / Australia / Africa). It depends on different things, but weŽll see.
